Hello Readers!

First, I'm sorry about the lack of blogs. My website has been down for about 3 weeks now, and I had to fix everything! With that being said, I am super excited about this blog for this week.

Last Friday I had the honor to go to Exeter High School and talk to three different classes all about the pros/cons of having a business, what made me pursue photography and a lot more.

A few months ago I emailed my sophmore English teacher. I remember her having us write a paper on what we wanted to do for the rest of our lives, and all the steps to get there. Well I wrote mine about being a photographer(of course) and I always think back on how helpful that paper truly was. I thought about emailing her and telling her thank you, so I finally did. With that, she asked me to come back to High School and talk to some students about everything.

Honestly, I was terrified at first. I practiced speeches infront of my webcam and made all types of flash cards. With all that preperation, I didn't use any of it when it finally came time to talk to the students. It was so rewarding to talk to kids that may be interested in photography or even starting a business in a different field. They asked great questions, and some were even taking the same steps I did when I was that age. I had a great time and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I hope everyone finds something they truly love to do, and I hope they can pass that message on to anyone that wants to hear it.
